The Support Numbers: What You Can Claim
The Accounting and Sales Management track is pre-scoped to help businesses implement systems that manage general ledger entries, sales orders, tax calculations, and financial reporting seamlessly.
Grant Support Quantum: Eligible local SMEs receive up to 50% funding support, capped at S$2,500 for this solution area. (Non-SMEs are eligible for up to 30% support, capped at S$1,500).
Rapid Review Timeline: Application evaluations are targeted within just 1 week.
Annual Caps: Funding received for this project counts toward your company’s annual Automation and Digitalisation grant cap of S$30,000, under an overall annual business grant cap of S$100,000.
Project Period: Approved projects must be executed within 18 months from approval, with qualifying expenses recognized from your submission date once approved.

Operating Locally: Your company must be registered and physically conducting business in Singapore.

Step 1: Generate Your Package Reference ID
Go directly to the pre-approved SQL Account solution link below:
🔗 SQL Account on SMEs Go Digital:
Click "Select package & add ons".
Log in with your company CorpPass, ensure SMEs Go Digital e-services are enabled, and match the package components exactly to your quotation. Saving the selection will generate your unique Package Reference ID.
Step 2: Submit on the Business Grants Portal (BGP)
Head over to the Business Grants Portal and log in with your CorpPass.
Select "Apply now" under the "EDGE Digitisation (With Pre-Approved vendor)" option.
Paste in your Package Reference ID from Step 1, attach your official quotation, and complete the form.
Once approved, accept your Letter of Offer on the portal. After we finish your SQL Account deployment, database setup, and user training, you submit your completion claim on BGP. Funds are credited directly to your bank account—taking around 14 working days via PayNow Corporate, or up to eight weeks via GIRO.
